LinkedIn prospecting program delivers millions in pipeline in one quarter at 60:1 cost ratio
SITUATION: A leading tech firm was plagued with a familiar industry situation: low conversion rates and a lack of in-depth knowledge about prospect requirements, infrastructure, and motivators. Emails and other messages were mostly one-size-fits all with only minor persona differences. Lacking detailed personalization that might interest a prospect, response and conversation rates from leads to MQLs to SQLs fell below 2%.
PROBLEMS: The firm had spent millions on demand generation programs and solutions like ZoomInfo, Clay, Crystal Knows, and Humantic but converted only a small percent of leads to SQLs or Opportunities. The Cost per Sale skyrocketed and quotas were unmet. Prospects were not responding and budgets were cut. Without an answer, the company risked reduced market share and declining revenue.

SOLUTIONS: HermanScience delivered an exciting new way to drive prospect interest, motivation, and immediate action with science-powered Account Based Marketing (ABM) AI agents:
Step 1: The company provided a list of 100 target accounts. HermanScience leveraged our HermanAgents platform to discover six additional contacts within each account meeting the Ideal Contact Profiles (ICPs) desired (e.g. CxO). Mobile phone numbers and business email addresses were also found.
Step 2: HermanAgents used neuroscience and proprietary data to determine prospect brain profiles including decision-making styles, motivators, communication preferences, and more. We analyzed each profile, matched them against ICPs, and created detailed AI reports with scores. Also, engagement tactics, profile-personalized emails, LinkedIn cadences, phone scripts, and much more.
Step 3: Each prospect received a personalized email encouraging them to complete a visual questionnaire with ten questions about their current environment, solutions, and issues. The response rate was more than 30%.
Step 4: HermanAgents analyzed the answers and evaluated them against industry best practices and maturity models from leading analysts and experts.
Step 5: We anonymized the data to ensure security and generated a personalized report showing Green, Yellow, and Red maturity levels and recommended actions. The report used neurolinguistics based on the prospect's brain type to ensure high resonance and immediate action, such as scheduling a call to review the Yellow and Red flags.

SITUATION: Product management and marketing teams at a cybersecurity software firm spent many hours per week using AI to write blogs, articles, web copy, webinar pages, emails, eBooks, etc. They used expensive solutions like Jasper, ChaptGPT, and Claude but the content quality remained low. Creating agents was difficult, complex, and time consuming. Below par prompting resulted in AI slop and potential security and branding issues, such as the use of inaccurate data.
PROBLEMS: Customer engagement and content downloads were dismal, and AEO/SEO rankings plummeted. Customers complained that the content was mediocre, uncreative, and full of AI "tells." SOLUTIONS: HermanScience delivered an effective new way to quickly and easily create stellar content customers wanted to read and ranked much higher for AEO/SEO search results.
Step 1: Individuals first completed the HermanCQI 7-minute neuroscience assessment to align their thinking and communication styles with AI LLMs and improve prompts and outputs.

The Kollab Youth Workforce Development Program is a 501(c)3 public charity organization created for under resourced middle and high school students.
