SITUATION: Teracloud ApS is a global company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with three subsidiaries specializing in various technology sectors worldwide, all centered around software development. The Teracloud HR team supports a workforce of 350 employees across ten countries globally. PROBLEMS: The recruiting team conducts initial interviews and prioritizes asking relevant questions to match candidate skills with job requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process. SOLUTIONS: The HermanScience HERMAN HR Platform offered Teracloud a comprehensive solution to address all requirements and potentially avoid unwanted consequences. They use the platform to pre-assess candidates on LinkedIn within seconds. With just one click, a browser extension extracts LinkedIn data and employs cognitive AI and neuroscience to complete a detailed profile analysis including attributes, strengths, learning style, and communication preferences.

12% lead conversion & millions in pipeline in one month...

SITUATION: A leading tech firm was plagued with a familiar industry situation: low conversion rates and a lack of in-depth knowledge about prospect requirements, infrastructure, and motivators. Emails and other messages were mostly one-size-fits all with only minor persona differences. Lacking detailed personalization that might interest a prospect, response and conversation rates from leads to MQLs to SQLs fell below 2%.

PROBLEMS: The firm had spent millions on demand generation programs, with a high Cost per Lead, and could not convert most of these to SQLs or Opportunities. Step 1: Prospects are encouraged to complete a visual questionnaire with less than 10 questions about their current environment, solutions, and issues.

Step 2: HermanRAG uses Agentic AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to analyze the answers and evaluate them against industry best practices and maturity models from leading analysts and experts.

Step 3: HermanRAG also uses neuroscience and proprietary data to determine a likely prospect brain profile including decision-making styles, communication preferences, motivators, and more.

PROBLEMS: A Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office had a big problem. Over 85% of their agents were failing or quitting within 18 months...costing tens of thousands in recruiting, onboarding, training, and lost revenue.

Non-profit helps underserved youth

The Kollab Youth Workforce Development Program is a 501(c)3 public charity organization created for under resourced middle and high school students. The Kollab program helps them explore career opportunities in business, STEM, and other emerging 21st century careers that are high-growth and high-wage. The Kollab youth receive mentorship from industry experts and earn resume-worthy work experience through paid apprenticeships and internships. HermanScience designed a young-adult version of our CQI assessment that allows the Kollab youth to better understand their professional and personal strengths, attributes, and optimal career choices. The youth rave about the results and agree the profiles help guide them to the right jobs.
