Setup your HermanApp as follows:

Visit the Google Chrome Web Store to install the HermanApp browser extension. The app will also work with Microsoft Edge. Add the extension to your browser and verify.​

Login to your  LinkedIn account. Select any LinkedIn profile. On the right side of the screen you will see a blue face inside a half circle. Click on this to expand the app. Sign in or Register to use the app by clicking CLICK HERE to subscribe.​

Use LinkedIn to search for a contact. If in Sales Navigator or Recruiter, click on the ellipses to return to the contact's standard LinkedIn page (this is optimal for analysis). Click on the blue half circle with a face on the right side of the screen. Click on Load Profile in the upper right. The app will scroll up and down while extracting and analyzing the contact's information. This should take less than 30 seconds. DO NOT navigate away from the page until the analysis is complete. When complete, you will see the contact's information on the screen. Click on Edit, Save, or Cancel in the upper right. To view an analysis and engage with this contact, click on Go to CRM at the top of the app. â€‹

You can edit any information in the contact's profile. This will not change their LinkedIn information, but will only change the data stored in the CRM app. To sync this data with your CRM, such as Salesforce, email admin@hermanscience.com. Click on Notes to add notes and Chat to engage with the AI Chatbot to write emails, LinkedIn messages, phone scripts, or gather more data, such as company information. The system may take up to one day to populate before you can use the Chatbot in the HermanApp, but you can use the Chatbot in the CRM app within a few minutes (click on Go to CRM). Click on Settings to adjust appearance or to logout. â€‹

In the CRM app, click on a contact to view their details. In the Comms tab for each contact, click on Create to launch the AI Chatbot form. The form uses RAG AI to input the contact's LinkedIn data, profile data, communication preferences, and additional information to create personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, phone scripts, etc. Simply fill out the form, return to the CRM app, refresh the screen, and then copy the message. Paste this into your email or LinkedIn app to dramatically increase your response rates.

 

Also in the CRM app, click on the Overview tab to view data on each contact. Click on Edit to select an Ideal Customer/Candidate Profile (ICP) to see a score based on how well this contact matches your requirements. Scroll down or click on the ICP tab to create a customer ICP. On the AI Report tab, you'll see a detailed report on this candidate including Communication and Engagement Tactics, Decision-Making Triggers, DOs and DON'Ts and much more. on the blue button below the profile to view the contact's Communications Playbook. Click on the Notes tab to view and add notes. ​

The HermanApp will also flag suspicious profiles that may have been created by a phisher. We recommend verifying suspicious contacts prior to engaging with them or clicking on any files received from these contacts.
