How can you be accurate in only 9 minutes?

Our standalone CQI Assessment only takes 9 minutes, and when embedded with our training courses, only extends the training by 5 to 7 minutes. The only other visual assessment claims to be accurate with a short 90-second test, however, this test is "either or", can be confusing. It's based on OCEAN, an outdated text-based personality model invented in the Eighties--long before the internet, mobile phones, or modern neuroscience. Text-based tests are usually too long, with 50 to 150 questions that take 45-minutes or more. They obviously can't be embedded with video e-learning courses. Studies validate that our visual neuroscience storytelling experience impacts seven brain areas to ensure a 97% completion rate and 93% Cronbach's Alpha reliability.

Are AI or neuroscience assessments legal?

Personality tests and employment assessments are legal so long as they do not violate Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or other legal requirements, such as those related to job discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, disability, age (40 or older), or genetic information. To comply and pass audits, organizations should not rely solely on artificial intelligence (AI) for candidate analysis selection. Our system uses cognitive and generative AI for some aspects of candidate analysis, but combines this with neuroscience, behavioral science, educational science, and other non-AI processes to improve reliability and accuracy while eliminating bias and ensuring compliance. Our unique multifaceted approach can also help ensure DE&I balance, EEOC compliance, and the ability to pass AI audits and ensure compliance with Gen AI frameworks such as NIST GAI 600-1 and ISO 42001.
